“B2 Theatre Company was founded in 2017. It has since built a reputation as one of the most versatile young theatre companies in the country, showcasing the most unique talent around. Since moving to Leith Theatre in 2018, B2 have performed sell-out productions of ’Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street’ and ’Rent’, as well as an array of cabarets, drawing widespread acclaim, recognition and acknowledgment. Led by a professionally trained production team, B2 strives to create theatre that explores darker themes, whilst also showcasing musical strengths in the form of cabarets and concerts.

Claire Stewart
Claire trained at Queen Margaret University gaining an Honours Degree in Drama and Theatre Arts.
Directing credits with B2 Theatre Company include Rent (Leith Theatre) and Sweeney Todd (Leith Theatre). Claire also worked for Forth Children’s Theatre for 20 years in the role of Artistic Director, producing shows such as Les Miserables and Jesus Christ Superstar (Edinburgh Festival Fringe).
Claire is the Founder and Owner of B2 Theatre Company and also works as a Depute Head Teacher in a Secondary School.
